No problems with customer service, food was fine, games were a little expensive but that's the way it goes in these places. No complaints.
Wonderful place for the whole family! All the kids had a blast, the adults all loved the amazing food and drinks, and they had amazing customer service, as well! My son lost his beloved NASA hat there on a Saturday, and they found it and kept it safe until I could pick it up several days later. We will definitely frequent this place often, with and without the kids!
April dropped the ball on serving and didn't attempt to pick it up. Waited to long for my food, in which the manger tried to make an excuse for. Definitely won't see anymore of my money. I recommend going else where its like a knock off Dave & Busters.
Absolutely the worst service I've experiencd. Waited half an hour to be greeted even after asking several servers we saw standing at bar. My dinner was wrong twice so I didn't eat as by the time it came out the second time my party was done eating. Waited a half hour wait for a 2nd drink even asking for it several times. Another member of my party complained about her diner and got no response. Never had a manager address our table or issues. I hated it. Service was horrible. Management was horrible. Food was horrible. Will never go back.
