I had a great experience with the Zimmer Group. Our agent Mike Waggoner has been absolutely excellent throughout this whole process. He made us a priority the whole time & made the process much easier than expected as first time home buyers. Fast process and even faster communication. Excellent group. The Zimmer Group helped sell our house in 10 days! And answered all our questions and helped us through the process, with everything including referring movers.
As a first time home-buyer, I had no clue what buying a house would entail. Mike from the Zimmer Group was freaking amazing! He walked us through the steps and explained things along the way, giving us full access and help through quick texts and emails. We had to move fast and he came through with tons of showings, meetups and help. Within 10 days of even deciding we wanted to buy a home, we had an offer accepted.
We've use them for home buying and Meghan was incredible. Peter also went above and beyond helping us out even tho the situation we asked for help in wasn't something he normally does. He was great to work with and would always recommend his team.
