Mike was awesome all the way through... always picked up the phone or a text, always made sure everything was OK and going smoothly from getting financing to once closed made sure I was getting settled in OK. Totally recommend this group, a very nice and pleasure to deal with! Will definitely use them when I go to sell this place!!!👍🏼
All details were handled by The Zimmer Group. The information was sent via email and important info was delivered by phone from Peter. I was kept informed of showings and loved the comments from each of them. Alyssa was great at handling all the questions and getting info to me promptly. At a difficult time in my life I was able to completely turn the sale of my cabin over to the group and they took care of all the details.
The Zimmer Group impressed us in every way, going well above and beyond to find a house we love in our favorite neighborhood. When nothing was on the market, Claire started calling every house in our desired neighborhood and found a couple willing to let us walk through 6 months before they planned to list. We got the first shot at a great house without any competition—all because of Claire's initiative. We can't recommend Zimmer Group highly enough!

One thing that we really loved was how Megan made us feel throughout the whole process. She was so prompt with her email responses and flexible with the showing schedule. Megan never pressured us or made us feel bad if we didn't like a house; she was happy to show us more and always worked around our opposing schedules. Peter always had an upbeat personality and was fun to look at houses with. He was responsive to our MANY questions and always made us feel like we were important.
