I would like to evaluate it better because the service was excellent. The front desk was extremely professional, kind, and happy. It was exemplary. The manager was also very professional and helpful, as well as respectful and kind. This condominium is also situated in a great spot, close to groceries stores and right by 16th street, close to a church and bus stops. I never felt unsafe nor had a bad experience. Pretty terrible place to live. Loud, disruptive, elevators and lobbies are very often trashed. Updating my review from two stars to one star because they are doing multiple year-long renovations to the outside of the building, removing access to windows and also raised the rent. This company is the definition of slumlords.

The property management here is horrible and extremely unhelpful. I learned to not ask for much, because most requests are ignored anyways. When I needed repairs in my unit, they would come in when I was not home, and leave a mess (including using my bathroom and not flushing). So unprofessional and disgusting. I was mislead to think there would be a front desk person 24/7 but there are only there from 8am-9ishpm.
