Amazing and supportive lease office, Sharon, Julia and Hugo are awesome team. I loved my stay here especially it is close to GW. Also, maintenance team, Joey, is a great guy.
Put in a ticket to fix the clogged tub and it was fixed in a timely manner and works great now.
I really enjoyed staying at Potomac, especially because of the apartment maintenance. Darwin, the staff member in charge of maintenance, was very helpful during my stay. He always came whenever I needed him and did his work so well that I could stay comfortable in the unit. Also, when I bumped into him while moving out, he kindly helped me with my very heavy luggage. Darwin is the best maintenance staff member I’ve ever met.
