I brought some tools to disassemble a purchased piece of furniture at an estate sale hosted by the YES Co and someone took them while we were moving the furniture. Assuming someone mistakenly thought they were for sale, I asked the staff about the tools, and they shrugged the question off, basically said it wasn't their problem, and laughed. I suspect they were either sold by the YES Co or stolen. My experience with the staff is that they are rude and unsympathetic.
Kevin Black and his Y.E.S. (Your Estate Sale) company did an outstanding job with the estate sale on Gold Mine Drive In San Francisco! They were professional, safety conscious, and extremely organized. Communication was excellent and even when we had some last-minute changes, Kevin was able to handle the challenge.
