We have now visited The Yard of Ale on several occasions and each time we enjoy our dining experience and look forward to the next. Last night we ate in the bar room for the first time. Thursday night bar food menu is very reasonably priced and the food is as outstanding as the main menu restaurant selections. I highly recommend trying here the next time you are in Piffard looking for a great place to dine.
Food was delicious & service was excellent. It was very busy and our server was very honest about a possible wait for food. She was very gracious and checked on us frequently- and the wait wasn't bad at all. Great place & great atmosphere!
Great place to go for a nice meal, or special evening out!!!
My daughter and I had delicious Prime Rib and Chicken Audrey, not to mention the homemade ice cream for dessert. Service was excellent, with our waitress even surmising that my daughter needs GF and bringing her GF dinner rolls. We will definitely return!!
Reservations were for 7..got our table at exactly 7. Waitress was very nice and on the ball. There were 6 of us and each one had something different and every meal was terrific. I would highly recommend this place.
It was amazing the atmosphere too. We also went on our wedding night. I rate it a 10 +
Food was great. Really liked the place. Would definitely go back. Staff was very nice--courteous and prompt.
