We held one of our Education Meeting at The Yards and our attendees were extremely satisfied with the experience. They were easy to work with and always prompt to help. Would definitely do it again!! 10/10
I've been renting a private office in the Yard at Eastern Market for three years and absolutely love it! The staff are warm and welcoming. Stepping off the elevator every morning, we are greeted by the smell of freshly brewing coffee. Throughout the day, the staff are here to answer questions and help with any issues. The space itself is bright, clean, and well maintained. Our guests and board members are always impressed by their visits to the Yard.
The experience greatly depends on who is working the front desk and the management team. I’ve been a member since 2020 and it is hit or miss. Some are great and others aren’t. If you consider a co-working space - I’d ask how they manage the space and if the owners care about their members and speak to community members.
