Bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs!! We woke up to countless bed bugs in our beds this morning. They were all over the sheets and pillows. It was confirmed by three working staff members. The hotel bathroom was filthy, as well. In addition, there were no working ice machines on floors three and five. The general manager wasn’t able to speak with us regarding the bed bugs as it was his only real day off, according to front desk staff. I would never stay here again and I would never recommend this hotel. Stay clear.
We found bed bugs in both beds this morning. Contacted front desk who had employees come look and it was confirmed. Housekeeping washed our clothing. Front desk manger gave us an attitude when we asked for breakfast on the House. There was never an apology from front desk manager. When asked for a refund, I was told we could have a discount on another room. Monique told us we had to wait for investigation from the general manager. I was given an email address for them. No name or contact number. See pics below
