I’ve lived here for 2 years, and while some wear and tear is natural in a building that’s no longer new, several issues feel like they’re getting worse. Elevators frequently break, and fire alarms can trigger sprinklers that make amenities like the gym unusable for days. The building also feels very accessible to non-residents, raising safety concerns. Recurring cleanliness issues—dog pee in the stairwells, trash in hallways, and garbage left on the roof after large gatherings—get cleaned up, but usually only after the fact.... read more
There is a woman on the 2nd floor who screams every night until 3:30. The building does not seem to care at all.
Very unprofessional front desk man & terrible leasing office. I drove 12 hours for a tour and arrived on time and the leasing agent stopped answering my calls and had urgently left for an early weekend. Why waste my time?
Had to walk through halls and one of the apartments, 650, pretty sure the girl who lives there, is disgusting, literally had to go past there and she was just nasty. So having to walk past everyone's apartment is not fun because you have to see whatever trifling life they have going on there. The lobby is clean though, elevators are far too.
