I have lived at the Wren for over three years now and loved it! Kevin in the leasing office has been particularly helpful whenever I have needed something. Maintenance is top-notch as well.
Luxury apartments with great views and high end amenities including rooftop pool, pet shower, and dog park.
Update*****: their units have issues with flooding. A unit on my floor flooded and they ramped up the “sewage” on my utilities bill in order to repair the damage, saying it’s billed by the usage of the floor. they will ruin your credit score living here— their billing department is terrible. Kevin in the leasing department is also extremely rude and becomes emotionally volatile when speaking with you.
