My stylist (Faiza-I may be spelling that wrong!!) was so kind and listened to me. She asked great questions, made great suggestions. I loved my hair and makeup. It was PERFECT!!!! No flexibility at all when it's pouring rain and can't do senior pictures. I was willing to reschedule but they wouldn't budge and still are charging me. I get the cancellation policy but they could have been slightly flexible if they wanted to provide good customer service. There are many other places to choose from

Cannot say enough good things about the Wow Bar experience in general and Savannah's work in particular. If you want a stylist who will get absolutely every hair flawless, while making you feel like a movie star, ask for her.

Best blowout I've ever had! I had my appointment on Tuesday and still have gorgeous hair today! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that so much being an out of towner. If I'm ever in Minnesota again, I'll just have to make another appointment!
