Unfortunately, my experience with Wound Pro wasn’t what I had hoped. I felt like the appointments were rushed, and I didn’t get clear answers to my questions. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it was hard to get follow-up support. I ended up going elsewhere for care.

I had the best experience working alongside my nurse practitioner, Katrina Ang and her team. She effectively communicates wound care plans with patients, families and interdisciplinary members. She is also the most efficient in managing patient caseloads while maintaining a high standard of care. Ms. Katrina always remained punctual, respectful, and professional in interactions. I posted, putting my name out there Becaue I called before for help with my mom. When you came (The Wound Pros) you stopped after one visit! and the wound came back full circle with cellulitis so I hope my reaching out did not discriminate your services but what do you expect when you leave after one visit!? (It’s astonishing). I looked thinking it would be better with the same wrap you recommended but it is in fact hot (the wound) and too tight unraveling between visits and causing low blood pressure.
