The lady who answers the phone is terrible! Sounds like she hates her job and doesn’t tell you what you need to know without you having to ask every single question! If she is like this, imagine the people in the back who are taking care of patients wounds!!! NO THANKS!
“If I could leave zero stars, I would! We’ve contacted the Wound Care Center at the University of Maryland numerous times regarding an urgent issue. Each time, we spoke with Tanika, who assured us she would return our call. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups from us and our doctor, we never received a single callback.
