My grandson has gone there for gymnastics. Today when he left he started crying. The coach told him that he could not sit still and didn't know how to listen. She feels he's bad. He was so hurt. He kept saying I'm just bad. This is from a 4 year old. Shame on Coach Knott for belittling a child. Hope it made her day feel special. She should NOT be allowed around childre . it goes without saying my grandson will not be back
I have contacted The Works via Facebook, website and have come in person to inquire about membership pricing. No response from Facebook or the website. The person at the front desk was unhelpful and asked me to wait and fill out a marketing form. I was not told how long I would need to wait. Eventually I left. Very disappointing experience.
