I lived here for two and a half years and it was the best building in every regard - better than any other I have lived in in DC. The apartments are modern inside with great amenities. The building itself is clean and safe, with a friendly (and attentive) front desk, a gym (including a Peloton), and a rooftop with the best views of DC. Management is great (very good communication) and goes above and beyond - especially the maintenance team. If you have a service request, it is completed right away.
