The staff are nice but the billing situation has been very frustrating. Tomorrow will be one year since my son's visit for 3 stitches and about 2 hours of ER care. We have paid $2,500 out of pocket (which was billed MONTHS after services) and I now have a new bill for $186.20 for "Professional Services." When I spoke to their billing agency, no one can explain what the bill is for and why it was billed 11 months after the service date. Did I mention that our visit was ONE YEAR AGO?? Excellent staff.... Everyone is so nice and treat you with respect and care...
I am a cancer patient and go to the hospital almost every day, including Saturdays and Sundays, for shots to bring up my white count and platelets. Every person I come in contact with from the front door staff, second floor staff, and all the nurses, have all been extremely nice and helpful during such a trying time for me. They have made it easier for me to get through this part of my treatment. The facility is beautiful and the lobbies are exquisite.
