RecommendedI have been going to this hospital for 6 months for spinal injections from my specialist Dr Nelson K Bond. I want to thank Ben, Kaylee, Nicole & all the other hard working, patient & assistive nurses & anesthesiologists who help this process run smoothly and provide a great attitude. I am blessed to have the opportunity to see them monthly to help calm down my inflammation & assist with my chronic pain. 💕💕
RecommendedAfter getting in the worst drunk driver wreck I had to have procedures to help my back. I didn’t expect such great customer service at 6am. Everyone was so kind, helped me every step of the way, followed up immediately. I would recommend them any day. Thank you for helping me. I truly appreciate the kindness I received from their staff.
- 5 Stars went there because my heart dr told me to go there. Several month later I received notice from my Insurance company that they resubmitted the claim requesting more money 😂. Insurance told me I would Probably get bill and NOT to pay it because they paid. I received a bill today for $6,000 ... the machine they said I used I didn’t because it was broken! Total liars won’t go there EVER AGAIN unless you have money to throw away.
Recommended5 star experience. I have to say Dr. Bansal and the group he has assembled has to be the most professional group of people I’ve seen thus far! From the operating nurses Robin, Kelly, trixy, Wade and Dr. Do and I know I’m forgetting more. I can honestly say I couldn’t have had a better Svt Ablation. Very overpriced. Staff does NOT care about the patient only the dollar signs they represent. Takes over a year to process a claim to insurance. Minor surgery was $210,000.00. WHAT?? This hospital is nothing but a scam.
