I have been living at Woodlands of Arlington for only about a month, and unfortunately, we have already experienced multiple maintenance and electrical issues that have made the first month very frustrating. Within the first few days of moving in, the AC completely stopped working. Please please please be aware of this place, learn from my mistake! Keep in mind I never fully moved in due to the issues. I took possession 3/13/26 per the lease, and was totally moved out 3/28/26. Don’t let the leasing office fool you because it’s decorated very nice, nothing like the units. First and foremost this is NOT a smoke free community (and don’t dare count on them to offer up this information) therefore your neighbors that are cigarette smokers are allowed to smoke inside of their units and the smell WILL come in... read more
