VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE Four days ago I went to Woodbridge to have an haircut and make balayage on my long hair. I SPENT 7.30 HOURS (from 3pm to 10.30pm) inside the saloon. The hairdresser applied the color on my hair for about 6 hours and when he removed it the result was HORRIBLE. My bangs was ORANGE, the first part of the hair was BROWN and the final part of the hair was BLOND/GREY. My hair was a disaster. This salon is pure magic and the gals who work here are absolute magicians! I mean, who wouldn’t want to leave the salon feeling like Beyoncé? My artists of choice are Jessica and Katie, together they are an amazing duo. I love Jessica because she’s a the queen of color. She’s got mad talent in balayage. There are not enough words to express how much I love Ashley. She is profoundly good at balancing my ideas for my hair and what really will work. Her staff is always so accommodating and her salon is always so clean and welcoming. I love my time spent here and look forward to it.
I was a new customer, but the owner, Ashley, kept canceling at the last minute. I found it very disruptive and unprofessional. I found another salon and am much happier.
