Darla Alvey was wonderful. She was personable, attentive, and made me feel at ease from the start. She listened carefully, answered all of my questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It’s rare to feel this comfortable and heard during a medical visit, and I truly appreciated her approach. Highly recommend.
I have yet to even make it in the building because of the reception staff. The lady I talked to was very rude. I just found out that I'm pregnant with my first last week and my PCP sent a referral to this place. I called to check on the referral and before I could even finish saying who I am and what I was calling for, this lady sighs loudly like shes annoyed! Wth kind of people they have working there? Why would anyone want to deal with such disrespectful bs?
Tried to schedule but lady was kinda rude. Disappointing when my last test came back abnormal and I need to get into an OBGYN. Please try to be kinder.
No one looks happy when they get there, but when you get to the back and are speaking to the nurses and the doctor it's so much better. Everyone is nice and they care about you as a person. Everything is really clean too.
