They have a man on their board who verbally assaults a 19 year old woman for being the child of a conservative he doesn’t like. Sounds like he needs mental health help
the board of directors allows a lowlife to sit on their board. he verbally assualts a female simply because he doesn't agree with her father's views?? he heads a mental health facility and he isn't stable himself! shame on you.
Women's Initiative (WI) executive director Elizabeth Irvin does a very poor service to the women who need mental healthcare and services by having Mr Juan Manuel Granados a member of the board whi very recently got kicked out of a nearby Country Club by screaming peyoratives such as "c*nt" and "wh*re" to the underage family of a journalist he disliked. WI fails on all moral grounds by standing silent and refusing to condemn this chauvinist and extremely toxic male member of their board.
You have “gentleman” on your board of directors who do not represent themselves in a manner that is respectful toward women. He alone caused this young lady mental distress. You as a group supporting women’s mental health should have taken action and called what’s wrong wrong.
The board members are the ones who need mental help.
You are a disgrace to all women
Stand behind women, not men who think it's ok to verbally assault the children of people that they disagree with. You can't claim to be there for women when you do not clearly denounce the actions of an abusive board member! Shame on you!
Phenomenal free offerings. They are increasing access to vital women's mental health services in our community. Plus, the annual writing competition, Challenge Into Change, is a wonderful creative outlet.
Amazing services for women of all backgrounds. Thank you.
