I would just like to inform you, that your NICU staff is awful or at least a few of the nurses that I am having to deal with. They have made this experience awful for me and my baby isn't even a week old. Now, this is not my first child in the NICU. My first born child was born at 24 weeks , at St.Mary's. Not one time did I feel like a burden on the nurses or feel as though I was unwelcome to the NICU. My Husband & I Waiting In The ER For 5 Hours! I Used To Brag On Y’all But Dang. You Would Think Doctors Would Get People In And Out Fast. Was Not Pleased At All. Please Speed The ER Up!
Yesterday, I had surgery at The Women’s Hospital, for some issues I’ve been having. I was amazed at the level of care I received. My business was at this hospital for 12 years and for the first time ever, I was on the receiving end of their care. Every single step of the way I was given such incredible care. I cannot say enough how great they were. Thank you to everyone who made my experience so wonderful.
