I am an employer who provides insurance for my employees. All of a sudden they decide they don’t want to accept allied national whom they have accepted all along. I have numerous employees with many claims deaconess will not even FILE... the people in billing have hung up and yelled at several of my employees. Our insurance agent has made many calls to see if he can get any where to no avale ... extremely despondent frustrated and at my wits end with deaconess hospital
the hospital itself is great but i can't believe a place that size has only 2 places to eat for workers and visitors. the main st.cafe is a big disappointment and place isn't a place that offers gf...really need to get better choices

Outpatient surgery. I could of not had a better experience. From check in, to pre op, to post op. The caring and compassionate care I received was top notch. There is not one thing i could think of for this hospital to improve on.
I have loved the treatment I've received at the Womans Hospital! Everyone I've come in contact with has been so nice and Dr. Daum has been absolutely wonderful throughout my pregnancy!
