Just went to the Orthopedic Neuroscience Specialty clinic after dealing with a year of post auto accident pain. Rather than actually do a thorough assessment to see if there is a fixable problem, I was seen by a Physicians Assistant, E. Pope, NOT a doctor. The person with the least experience and training is the first to assess a complicated problem. The ER staff is very rude!! Patrick was at computer on his cell phone and could barely look up from his cellphone to talk to me before being a complete jerk!!! I asked to talk to someone else which was Derek RN and he was just as rude!! all I asked was for them to check with housekeeping because it had been 9 hours!!!! my mom hadn't seen anyone in 4 hours!! the nise told her at 7:45 pm they were cleaning her room...an hour later and still not cleaned!! what?? RecommendedSuch a great experience all around from doctors, nurses, techs and everyone!!!! The nurses and techs go above and beyond taking take of mother's. I was sad to leave some of them ....they are all so kind.
Recommendedevery single person that we came in contact with was amazing! my daughter was sent there with preeclampsia and gestational diabetes. she was very scared, but everyone from the housekeepers and cafeteria staff, to the nurses and doctors put her at ease. my granddaughter stayed in the NICU for 10 days. those nurses were amazing!!!!!! thank you to everyone for being so great to my family! it will never be forgotten!
RecommendedLove the staff here! Everyone in every role are very kind and attentive to patient needs. From the doctors to the environmental services everyone is great! Very clean hospital which is definitely a top priority!
