I’m not one to every write a review but this office is absolutely terrible. Having an appointment doesn’t matter to them. They will call you back to do vitals, then tell you they don’t have a room for you and make you wait even longer (every time). Average wait time is 1.5 hours. They don’t care or update you. They will gladly hound you for money even though you always pay your bill before the actual due date. And lastly, I gave birth and got mastitis not even two weeks later. Recommendedi love the staff there! they are all very sweet and caring about their patients all of the drs. there are easy to talk to and are very imformative.
After a year they sent a bill for something that we do not owe. (Billed Aug 2018 for something incorrectly coded Aug 2017) I have been trying to work with the insurance company and this office for going on three months now to get this resolved. All I get is excuses or runaround. definitely not the office it was when Dr Harrison was there!
All 4 children were delivered from this office. Love Dr. Faulkner and all the staff!
Dr. Huynh is absolutely fantastic! She is easy to talk with and really listens. Office staff is also wonderful... which of course makes all the difference. I highly recommend Dr. Huynh and Women's Group of Gwinnett.
All I have to say is I love Dr. Huynh. She makes my visit easy and comfortable.
