Very professional environment! Nurse called me back right on time for my appointment. Dr Williams was so nice and easy going. Their lab tech got my vein on the first try! Very impressive!!
Rude, and very unprofessional!!!!! Never can tell you the same thing twice, even when they are reading out of a record file!!! My wife and I Simply asked for a balance for her account and we received 4 different totals!!!Then when we corrected them on things they get an attitude and either hang up or transfer you to a line that no one will answer!!
We are so pleased with the care that Dr Russell provided I am glad to say I am a proud father of a beautiful baby girl. Thank you Dr. Russell and his staff.
