Very friendly and professional staff. Clean office and a convenient location.
Will not be back. The drs are great but the front desk personnel are extremely unprofessional and rude. My time is very precious to me and I drove over an hour to go to my appointment, just to be told that if I couldn’t fill my paperwork out in 4 minutes I would have to reschedule. I was 6 minutes early to my appointment. Then after talking back and fourth to one another trying to decide if they were going to make me reschedule or not , they finally printed the paperwork and waited until I sat down to ask me for my license a... read more

I am new to Louisiana, thus new to Minden also. I will admit, I was very nervous about a new doctor, especially a new OBGYN, who was randomly pulled off my Insurance list. Dr. Robert Russell made going to an OBGYN easy. He listened without rushing, even though patients are coming and going for things like childbirth, birth control, hysterectomies, menopause, STD's, UTI's, cancer, etc. Can you imagine?
