I'm a member of the Knox TWBC for 3 years now. Meeting Knox Crew members will give you an unwavering commitment and motivation that you are not alone and it's OK not to be OK. Everyone played a huge part in keeping our environment positive by being respectful, supportive. Most of all enjoying having fun while our amazing coach Kellie make sure we work harder. .
I love it - super inclusive and supportive! A great group and really well run.
Such an inclusive space to work out! Kellie the incredible trainer at TWBC Knox always makes time to ensure everyone knows how to do all exercises even with a full class, so great for beginners! The group of women who you train with are beautiful and make you feel comfortable and the classes are actually enjoyable! Would recommend to everyone!
