I ordered flowers for our 5 year olds birthday last week. (Last minute decision and order on my part but they accommodated delivery the next day). They called soon after my online order and said due to some inventory lacking because of the virus they'd have to change up the arrangement some and wanted to okay it with me. They still were able to do the heart shape (which I knew our daughter would absolutely LOVE) that I had requested and the arrangement came out better than I expected. Wishing Well has excellent customer service. I called in an order last minute and florist did a fabulous job! Was very satisfied with my experience from start to finish. I highly recommend and would definitely order again.
Wishing well provides absolutely amazing customer service, and I would highly recommend! I had to cancel an order and the manager was extremely understanding and gave me a full refund without hesitation. This business is very well organized and works with you to give you exactly what you want!
