Seem alright to me
Cookie cutter therapy. The treatment is based around fast paced class sessions that by necessity adhere to a standard schedule, which means whatever is your top need for help may or may not be addressed for half a year. The need for active participation makes it a poor choice for avoidant type personalities. Outside of session support requires you to jump through several hoops of self diagnosing right from the start.
