Communication was excellent. I received a voice message the next day on exactly where and when I could pick the harness. A very well run business.
Great product. Fit and finish was on point. My only complaint is there isn't a ground pig tail in the harness. The LED turns and markers for my fenders needed the ground. Not that big of a deal because I'm an electrician. Splicing in and soldering a ground only took a few minutes to make it look like it came that way. To the average person it might be different.
Good price, delivered on time as promised. Earthquake makes a terrific subwoofer. I have several and they are the only one I will use now.
