My cousin and I purchased VIP tickets ($97 each) for the Galentine’s Happy Hour at Wine Garden West in Philadelphia, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and misleading. We each paid $97 for VIP tickets, which were advertised to include an exclusive open bar, light bites, and a floral arrangement activity.
