We met Randy at the Louisville Home and Remodeling Show while looking for replacement windows. He was very thorough in his presentation of the windows, which were a fraction of the cost of the "other" companies. Roy came and did the measurements and complete the quote. The Window Source has be a blessing to work with for our new windows! We needed 17 new windows and they provided great service for our need. They were kind, efficient, and very professional. Randy and Dee helped us order and followed up with us along the way until the very end. Jared and crew provided a smooth installation process. I am one of those homeowners that goes into deep research (started out with over 30 companies), massive calls and serious comparative shopping entered into a spreadsheet. We recently had our widows, shutters, and door replaced and it was a great experience. Randy and Dee offered great products at very affordable pricing.
