I promised the new owner Alan that I'd revise my review. Maybe as the new owner he will do a better job. Unfortunately it was a lot of effort to get it somewhat right. Best I can do is to take them from a 1 to a 3 star rating, and I'm being generous! Windows are constructed perfectly fine, the issues are installation cosmetics related to trim work. My wife actually ended up trimming the foam and doint caulking on many of the windows. Nails used to attach white aluminium trim on outside are silvery in color and create poc ind... read more
Update: Within a week of posting this review all work has been finished and everything looks fantastic. Quite a bit of frustration to get to this point, but seems like mostly miscommunication during the sale of the business; not negligence. It seems they are working hard to resolve leftover business after the sale. Like another reviewer, we've been waiting over one month for the installers to come back and FINISH the job. This means we have no trim on one exterior door; a huge gap in another, one window that has not been ins... read more

Window purchase and installation - Job was rushed and mistakes where made. Have been waiting over two months for said mistakes to be corrected as well as quote to do remainder of house. One excuse after another, currently looking for new installer to do remainder of home.
I would recommend Bob Shroud & his crew at The Window Source to ANYONE! Firstly, he is 1 of 6 installers that came out to our home & came with confidence, no hesitation! He knew the job would be handled & just how to do it! We could not be any happier with the outcome; I plan to add photos once we have completed the shutters, but the vinyl siding was replaced seamlessly, mess cleaned up & friendly installers!
