Ok I don't even know the words to describe how amazing everyone is. We have a weird house that needed special order windows and doors. Right when our products came in, these wonderful souls headed right to our hosue to install and fix everything. They spent days, off and on (due to our weird house), working on our house with smiles on their faces. They were so thorough. They were so kind. And in the end, the bill was itemized and affordable. I am so happy with their services! We had them do some work on my old house last Fall (built in 1880). Now that it's gotten cold outside, we've really been able to feel the difference in how the house retains heat. Their services were reasonably priced (much less expensive than replacement), employees were friendly and efficient, and they were very thorough in their quoting. Highly recommend!
Jayme, Tess, and the entire team did a fantastic job with a difficult window repair! Their perseverance, skill, and personalized customer service are truly unmatched in this day and age. I'm so grateful that we contacted them for our repair needs. They are highly skilled and extremely kind!
We had a wonderful experience with The Window Doctor and would highly recommend them! We had used them once with great results in the early 90’s in a previous house. When we purchased and renovated our current home 7 years age, we left some of the original windows (from 1989).
