Window Authority installed a custom window and sliding door system for my remodeling project. They were upfront about the lead time for getting the components from the manufacturer. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel that I have to here in order to help save another person the aggravation that I have from dealing with this business. I ordered $60k worth of windows and doors from The Window Authority for my new home. The executed purchase order and payment was sent to them on 9/13/21 and my check cleared on 9/22/21. The extended lead time of 12-14 weeks, “due to Covid and supply shortages” was understood.
