Very beautiful area, and if you squint this place looks very pretty. The layouts of the townhomes are very nice, and it is right next to the monon which is great. But looks can be deceiving. The management is mostly nice but they are impossible to get a hold of. We received an apartment that smelled of cigarettes and urine, and while they promptly sent cleaners to vacuum the HVAC system this did nothing, everything we owned smelled like this until we moved out. Great location, updated units.
Beautiful apartment but the management here is the absolute worst. It’s impossible to get in touch with anyone here when you have an issue. They leave you waiting for days. Would not recommend this place
Great Location! I’ve lived here almost a year and it’s been great. Monon is close. Broad Ripple Ave is in walking distance. Plenty of great places to eat. Multiple grocery stores just moments away. And DoorDash can actually find my home and deliver to the correct address lol
