Beautiful apartment but the management here is the absolute worst. It’s impossible to get in touch with anyone here when you have an issue. They leave you waiting for days. Would not recommend this place
Great Location! I’ve lived here almost a year and it’s been great. Monon is close. Broad Ripple Ave is in walking distance. Plenty of great places to eat. Multiple grocery stores just moments away. And DoorDash can actually find my home and deliver to the correct address lol
These homes are very large with newer finishes. It's located in the heart of Broad Ripple, Indianapolis. New management company has worked to improve quality of living experience and services.
Lovely and large! I love how big the apartments are here. The finishes are very nice and I love that there is SO many things to do within walking distance. The management team is responsive and very nice.
Management for The Win Townhomes has been very unprofessional. It’s been 2 months since I’ve moved out of my unit, and I’ve still not received my security deposit. Frustrations ranging from zero communication with no callbacks, to my security deposit for some reason being sent to the Win address (which I had moved out of!!!), this process has been nothing short of a major headache.
