I rent a two bedroom apartment through Wilmouth Group. It's mostly OK. However, they definitely did just enough of a remodel before renting the apartment to make things appear OK without actually fixing a lot of the actual issues. The laminate flooring was put over the top of uneven floors, which will eventually cause the flooring to break down. The Kealing Ave. home is worth $20k I have paid double the rent with no evictions at 5 other apartments up north on 86th st I just wanted to be close to work and save money. My bankruptcy cleared years ago and I have an average credit score. I work 2 jobs have more than enough income $3800 month.
