The Willows office has lost my disability form twice. It was completed on Dec 16 and was supposed to have been mailed then. My employer/insurer needs it asap. I need it for the income to pay my bills. Please call me. Mary McCreight. 5172023768.
My grandmother is currently there. They are horribly short staffed and rude. My grandma laid on the floor for a half hour (after pushing the call button) before anyone showed to help her. She's been there five days and just now started physical therapy. She's constantly ignored, her meals are late and it's just horrible through and through.
never really liked any jobs that I have had I went to get a pay check to support my family, but this new job I have is absolutely amazing I love the people I work with, they appreciate their employees, they go out of their way to make sure the residents and employees are taken care of. I am so excited to start this journey there.
Thanks to Brenda at The Willows, who helped me out when trying to find a medical walker for a friend who traveled to Lansing from Indian River but had forgotten to pack her walker. Without knowing anything about me, the team there made one available to us for the day. A beautiful facility and a truly compassionate staff. Thanks to them, my friends was able to get around to several dr appointments today. We couldn't have done it without you!
