RecommendedI currently work at this facility, it is one of THE best facilities I’ve walked into. House keeping staff, they do more than what we know I’m so appreciative of them. The dietary staff keeps everyone bellies full. The nursing staff stands for long hours, but always has a smile on our face! Managers always willing to help, and answer questions and concerns. They are short staffed alot or that is the excuse given. Staff seems nice but apparently they don't know the rules yet. Part of picking the best place for my loved ones was asking questions. I asked if someone from the family could stay overnight. I was told yes by several staff members only to have a nurse call and tell me I could not. They are terrified of being alone. Very upsetting. It is a bit dark and the main dining room smells of gas. Alot of the food has not been edible because it's too hard, dry, and or tough. The ... read more

This facility is incompetent and neglectful to the point of causing serious medical problems requiring hospitalization.
Wonderful care for my mother! Clean, awesome staff, great atmosphere! Highly recommend this care facility for your loved ones.
