I lived in the Willows for four years and loved it, but had to move out of state for work about a year ago. For March Madness this year, I bought tickets to a game but accidentally had them shipped to my old address at the Willows. The front office was amazing and helped me coordinate with the current resident to get the tickets to me so I could go to the game! Incredible customer service, especially considering I'm not even a resident any more. Thank you!
I love living here! Beautiful scenery, safe for running, gorgeous pool, excellent customer service, and quick response to maintenance requests. The apartment complex frequently hosts fun social events were I've met some of my good Shreveport friends. Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone, especially new people to the area!
