I understand all people aren't animal lovers, but when you blatantly tell a construction worker to step on a stray dog, I'll be dammed if I live there. Grow up and get over it. You should had already called CPAS.
The manager and staff are awesome and there is always some fun event to look forward to!

me and my husband lived at willows for 3 yrs and we loved it. everyone was so nice. maintenance people are so quick. everyone worked so hard there to make sure residents stay very comfortably at willows and coates bluff. willows was my home. sadly we had to move because of my husband fellowship.
