I love this place. I have been working with The Willows Apartments for over a year now to house medical professionals going out to Peoria. Hands down one of my favorite places to work with. Kristen in the office is amazing and easy to talk to. I almost never have issues caused by apartment. I also never have to worry about maintenance issues. My travelers love the apartments inside and out!

Through an online search, I found this complex was the biggest bang for my buck while also within budget. The apartments are spacious, complete with garage, laundry, and outdoor spaces. It is also pet friendly up to 60 lbs, which was a complete no brainer. But what drew me the most to this complex is the quiet, spacious views. It feels like I have country living, while also within the city limits of Peoria. I love it here!
My boyfriend and I were moving to Peoria and set up a list of places to check out. Kristen, the apartment manager, was really flexible with showing us the apartments and took her time to answer any questions, including bad reviews online. The Willows were previously owned by a management company that was not local and didn't care as much about the tenants as they do now. Kristen and her team are amazing. Easily one of the best places I've lived. Kristen and LD are the best apartment landlords/managers I've come across. They have helped me in so many ways since I moved to Peoria. Sadly, I am moving because of a job relocation but I can not, can NOT, express how great this place is. If you're looking for safety this is the place; I've left my keys in the door overnight probably twice now and not a single thing has happened. Never once have I felt unsafe.
