This is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to work with. Appraiser was not qualified or familiar with the area. She never set her foot in the property and most of her statements were inaccurate. The whole appraisal report is a fraud. It cost the sale of my house. The company did not reply to my emails, AND THEY HAVE TAKEN DOWN ALL THE GOOGLE REVIEWS, which were all 1 star, AND BLOCKED ME FROM THEIR Facebook. No ethic or professionalism whatsoever.

I would NOT recommend this company for appraisals. They appraiser was lazy and did not pick applicable comparables. She failed to recognize the difference between FL condos with Gulf views & short walks to the beach versus condos with no views & longer distances from the beach. She even initially valued my condo below are recent identical comparable in views and square footage. The only difference is my condo had a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new storm-proof sliders & winders, new HVAC, new plubming, and new electrical.... read more

This company is a bunch of thieves.. They charge 500.00 for a single family appraisal and 850 for a multi unit appraisal.. They give the appraisals to appraisers ( if you want to call them that) who are the lowest bidder. They paid the appraiser 200.00 for a single family appraisal who lives almost 50 miles away from area and another appraiser 320.00 for a 2 unit appraisal. When you pay an appraiser low dollars, you get a low quality appraisal.. This company should be put out of business as they are just a bunch of thieves... read more

I would have left ZERO stars if possible!! I had the worst experience with this appraisal company!! All the comps that were used were 6-8 months old. The appraiser listed our house that had many upgrades (new impacted windows through out, 5 year old kitchen and appliances, water heater and AC 3 years old and the bathrooms semi remodeled) in as a C3 condition which would be fine but then she a listed comp down the street that sold 8 months ago with ZERO upgrades all original kitchen, bathrooms, doors and windows from 1976 as ... read more

Absolutely horrible company. Comps used were not nearly comparable and when requested from both the bank and real estate agent to amend with comps closer to the actual home they refused. Got a second appraisal from a more reputable appraiser using actual comps and it came back at a more fair market value.
