As always, this salon is top notch! I was comforted by the care of the entire staff as I entered and while at the salon with evident efforts they took to ensure a clean, safe environment during our virus disruption, and reopening. Anyone looking for expert, professionals to care for your hair need to visit Wild Orchid!!! Love these ladies!!!

During the Covid-19 situation, it became very difficult to find anywhere to get a haircut. As a guy, I typically frequent the chain barber shops. Once the restrictions were lifted on 4/24, I called The Wild Orchid and Natalie, the owner, answered. She immediately booked me in for 4/28 and I received the best haircut and service I have received in years. Their staff was extremely professional, friendly and the salon was very clean. i was the first appt Friday morning and was so impressed with the strict measures placed on salons and followed by Natalie and Libby. Of coarse we are required to bring our own masks and gloves from home for everyone’s safety. No big deal. Being the first appt, they waved me out of the car before I could dial the phone. Had my hair appointment on 4/24 with Natalie. I am a retired RN so am very familiar with masks/gloves, sanitizing etc. I was very impressed, well done. She sent out information about what she was doing in her salon with her staff to met standards in Phase 1 opening and what she required of us to also met these. I was to call from my car when I arrived and so I did but she asked me to wait so she could be sure she was ready for me and I really appreciated that.
