Great fuet
Oh, I wish I wish I wish we had some place like this in Tokyo. Loved coming home to be introduced to this shop. A beautiful variety of meats and various seasonings, and, according to my friend, a very hot butcher.
I stumbled upon this gem when I was waiting on a local business to finish something I'd commissioned. I was a bit overwhelmed at what they offer and the lad behind the counter said they'd just gotten things sorted after a recent fire. Cue some hand wringing trying to decide what to get.
