I wish I could give this place a 0! They are super unprofessional and did not get my best friends veil ordered until the very last minute when she ordered it way prior. Their communication is also terrible. They will not notify you when anything is in, and you’ll have to call repeatedly just for them to answer the phone and answer your questions.
I can’t say enough good things about this store and Hannah! She went above and beyond for me. I could not be happier with the dress Hannah picked out for me! She really knows what she’s doing. I showed her 1 photo of the back of a dress and off that she pulled so many amazing options it was so hard to narrow it down! All of the other staff were so sweet and professional as well. I highly highly recommend!

The whole team was so wonderful! I had an idea of what I wanted, but am so glad I was open to the suggestions of the staff too. I got the dress (and veil) of my dreams at a great price, and the experience was wonderful. I can't recommend white magnolia enough! 💗
I had a wonderful experience at The White Magnolia Nashville, from beginning to end. Alayna was amazing in helping me pick out a dress and supported me/hyped me up the entire time! The custom dress was ready earlier than expected and was perfect. They recommended a great seamstress (Delia in Franklin) and the entire process was seamless. They helped organize cleaning/preservation of the dress after the wedding as well. I’ve recommended this bridal shop to several other brides since!
