We have been to the White Horse a few times. Our last experience was the WORST. when did you become a children's restaurant? The table with eight kids 4-12 years old should have been told keep it down, we have children but believe in manners and a bit of order.... BTW, with all the "parents" drinking just wondering who drove them home....... And I'm not overreacting on some children !
Very good service and food. Reasonably priced. I remember this place years before when it was Marbledale pub. Not as gentrified as it is now. That said was always worth a visit.
We drove all the way from Hartland, CT to the White Horse Pub & Restaurant yesterday and it was definitely worth the long drive! The cozy atmosphere, the very appealling decor, the friendly staff, the great music, the delicious food, the tasty libations and the reasonable prices will definitely bring us back. It was my boyfriend's birthday and he loved it!
We had a wonderful lunch. My favorite place to eat. Always go for my Birthday and get a free entree.
The food was amazing and the service was outstanding! It was Easter when we visited and they were very busy but you would not have been able to tell as all of their staff was so attentive! We will definitely be visiting again!
