Ok my review would have been awful but the staff redeemed themselves with an upgrade. We paid for a superior room and got a small old room with a semi nice bathroom. They moved us to a suite which was a lot nicer, but still needed a little face lift. For the amount of money, breakfast should be included. Dinner was absolutely amazing! My husband and I had a wonderful anniversary dinner 💜
Over priced food was terrible all three of us hated our meals from start to finish it was awful $125 each rapid rays would have been better a complete fraud no way this is a mobile 5 star
Appalling. Do not rent the Tern studio cottage - I called the front desk and spoke with Albert to express my disappointment just after checking in. Room is run-down, tasteless, ratty and depressing. I wanted to get back in my car and find another place to stay but am too exhausted after traveling. I have taken a bunch of photos to show just how awful this cottage is, and will post them if possible. What a terrible (and not inexpensive) disappointment! Traveler beware!
The lunch was so-so. Tasteless food. Not great service! Very disappointed. Beautiful inn and gardens though. Just very disappointed in our lunch.
The White Barn was truly memorable experience from being looked after by Mercedes / Hugo / Kyle and all the other staff too many to mention including the valet with umbrellas 😀 Food was exceptionally good cannot fault in any way. The place is recommended to anyone for that one very special occasion - recommend marinated lobster tail 😀
Amazing service and the food was incredible.... I recommend this place to everyone
