We had our anniversary dinner at The White Barn. We were welcomed and given anniversary wishes as we entered. It was an unbelievable evening as usual! So much fun and so good! I will try to sum it up as best I can... The special evening begins with a selection of water, plain, sparkling or tap served with lemon and lime, then bread...sourdough, honey wheat rolls, french, herb rolls served with whipped butter topped with a special coarse salt. RecommendedThis is our favorite restaurant for a number of reasons. First of all the food is the highest quality. The service is impeccable and the ambiance is superb. Every course was fantastic. Love the atmosphere and piano playing. My husband and I dined there last night to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary. We had our first date there on May 12,2009. We were married on May 12, 2012. Thank you for an amazing anniversary celebration. The food was absolutely a work of art and oh so delicious. Carl and Patrick treated us like a king and queen. Can't wait to return.
Please reinstate the dress code and return to the high quality that was delivered in the past.
We have made it a tradition to dine at the White Barn Inn for Valentine’s Day and birthdays over the years. This year was very disappointing. I always order the lobster dish over linguine which has been my all time favorite but the dish was not even offered on the menu for Valentine’s night. Choices were very limited and unimpressive. I settled for salmon, only choice for seafood entree. Took only 2 bites as it was nothing special. Sadly we will not be going back :( We will have to find a new place for our special occasions.

My husband and I have been coming to the White Barn for about 6 years for our anniversary. This is the first year I have been disappointed by our experience. Pros - The food was tasty and well cooked. The wait staff was prompt in removing empty plates and providing the courses. Food delivery was professional, staff was polite.
